Sr. Scientific Implementation Manager – Northeast

We are seeking a Senior Scientific Implementation Manager to spearhead SaaS software implementations for BioPharmaceutical customers. Candidates must have 4+ years’ experience in client and/or project management experience with expertise in software development notions, databases, web technologies, and system integrations. Candidates must be located in Massachusetts.
- 4+ years of experience leading complex SaaS customizable software implementations
- Technical background with expertise in software development notions, databases, web technologies, and system integrations
- Project management experience with domain expertise in R&D and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using project management tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Asana
- Familiar with Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall frameworks within biotechnology
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Life Sciences or related field
- Travel requirements: 30-40%
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independently driven and self-starter
- External project management experience
- Ability to de-escalate issues/situations
- Analytical thinker, detail-oriented
