We are searching for a strong Sales Development Manager to assist in building a high-performing team SDR team.
- 7+ years of experience leading a team of sales development reps at a SaaS startup
- Ability to hire, train, and scale a successful team of high-performing SDRs
- Startup experience is mandatory
- Seeking high energy, passionate sales leader
- Proven methodology and matrix driven
- Critical thinker with excellent communication skills
