Director of Sales

We are looking for a Director of Sales to manage a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives. This is a high-profile leadership role reporting into the RVP Sales Western Region. Some of the top reps in the company are on this team.
Criteria
- Must have 7-15 years successful sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of success against team quotas
- Ability to lead, motivate and drive value to team, region and customers
- Experience in the following technology preferred: ERP, Supply Chain, Content Management, Procurement, HCM, CRM
