Application Consultant – US
We’ve been retained by the market leader in sample management software solutions. They use Laboratory Robotics to automate the sample collection and management process. They have 125 clients including: Pfizer, J&J, Merck, Lilly, GSK, Roche, Takeda and Amgen. 15 of the top 20 Global Pharmas are using this platform. They have become the “industry standard” in sample management solutions.
We’re searching for a Technical Application Consultant to support US Customers as part of a UK-based team of ~30 application consultants. This is a primarily remote role in the US, but candidates must be willing to travel (about 10% of the time) to customer sites across the world.
- 2+ years of experience in support or project role of customer data management or software solutions
- A technical background in software, research informatics, engineering or other relevant area
- Proficient in relational database systems and writing SQL (ideally Oracle)
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain a strong, working relationship with customers
- Strong communicator and extremely organized
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
