Steve Rosenblum
Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board, SER
Steve Rosenblum is a pioneer in the software and executive search industry. Along with 15 years of sales and management experience at industry leaders such as: ADP, Oracle, and SAP, he spearheaded the Utility practice at both Oracle and SAP. These practices thrived and flourished under his guidance and leadership.
SER was launched at the inception of the internet in 1999. The mission was simple: work with the top 10% of talent in the market, internally validate all candidates, and make introductions into high growth, progressive technology firms. To date, SER has over 200 satisfied clients.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Minor in Economics from Penn State University.
Steve launched the SER Foundation in 2011 to raise money to cure Cancer. He has also participated in the Tour de Cure, a 50 mile bicycle race to raise money for the ADA (American Diabetes Association).

Gary Morgan
Chief Financial Officer
Gary serves as CFO and is responsible for managing the financial operations of SER including accounting, budgeting, cash management, compliance and strategic planning functions.
Previously, Gary was Chief Financial Officer for various companies specializing in healthcare and service delivery. His 30 + years of leadership experience include C-Suite participation, Board-level governance and executive management consulting engagements. Gary was also formerly part of a management team that helped incubate a successful software technology company which grew rapidly, acquiring over 4,000 customers and eventually selling to a larger NYSE traded company.
Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Penn State University and earned his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
Gary is married with two children and loves to play golf and read in his spare time.

Paul Melchiorre
Operating Partner, Stripes
Paul Melchiorre is President of iPipeline. He comes to us from Ariba, where he served as Global Vice President and Advisor to the CEO and established Ariba as the leader in cloud-based business-to-business commerce. During his tenure at Ariba, Paul built outstanding global field organizations for sales, implementation, services, alliances and channel relationships.
Prior to Ariba, Paul joined SAP as employee 200 in the USA assisting in the early global deployments of SAP R3. As Senior Vice President of Global accounts, he and his group were responsible for over 85% of the company revenue and helped to establish SAP as the global leader in enterprise software. Paul also led industry initiatives supporting SAP’s vertical strategy that enabled it to dominate many industries on a global basis. He and his wife Nicole have four children and reside in Philadelphia, PA.
