|Steve Rosenblum is a pioneer in the software and executive search industry. Along with 15 years of sales and management experience at industry leaders such as: ADP, Oracle, and SAP, he spearheaded the Utility practice at both Oracle and SAP. These practices thrived and flourished under his guidance and leadership.|
SER was launched at the inception of the internet in 1999. The mission was simple: work with the top 10% of talent in the market, internally validate all candidates, and make introductions into high growth, progressive technology firms. To date, SER has over 200 satisfied clients.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Minor in Economics from Penn State University.
Steve launched the SER Foundation in 2011 to raise money to cure Cancer. He has also participated in the Tour de Cure, a 50 mile bicycle race to raise money for the ADA (American Diabetes Association).

|Gary serves as CFO and is responsible for managing the financial operations of SER including accounting, budgeting, cash management, compliance and strategic planning functions.|
Previously, Gary was Chief Financial Officer for various companies specializing in healthcare and service delivery. His 30 + years of leadership experience include C-Suite participation, Board-level governance and executive management consulting engagements. Gary was also formerly part of a management team that helped incubate a successful software technology company which grew rapidly, acquiring over 4,000 customers and eventually selling to a larger NYSE traded company.
Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Penn State University and earned his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
Gary is married with two children and loves to play golf and read in his spare time.

|David serves as CHRO and collaborates with management on the human resources operations of SER including advisor to management & the Board, employee relations, compensation, staffing, employee development, compliance, company culture and strategic talent planning.|
Previously, David was Vice President and Corporate Officer for companies in the automotive and building products industries. He has also held senior human resource positions in the medical diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and high technology sectors. His 30 + years of leadership experience includes C-Suite participation, Board-level governance and executive management consulting engagements. David was also formerly interim head of HR for a private equity backed firm, for which he helped the management team acquire and integrate five of eleven additional business units to create a successful single enterprise wide culture harmonized with each of the business units operating environments and doubling their business.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Political Science & Employment Relations from Michigan State University and earned his Master’s in Human Resources from the University of Illinois – UC.
David is happily married with two children and loves to play golf and tinker with home automation technology.
