The SER Foundation was created in November 2011 with an intent to help the needy, less fortunate, and those afflicted with incurable diseases. The goal of the foundation is to provide meals, clothing, toys, and money to make a difference to those in need.
SER is currently working with the following organizations to give back to the community and make a difference: Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
SER spreads Holiday cheer with our annual toy drive! The foundation collected, matched and donated over 100 toys!! Toys were distributed between St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and the Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth. The team at SER is proud to make an impact in the community and bring smiles to local children this holiday season.
“I had a mom and the sweetest boy, about 7 or so, come in this morning. He helped his mom pick out things for his younger brother and sister…Without your help I would have had very little to offer. He went out of here wishing everyone he passed “Merry Christmas”…I almost expected him to say “God bless us, every one”… I wish you could have seen him. Thank you.”

The SER Foundation continues its fight against hunger in the local community with our annual Turkey Drive. In 2016 the SER Foundation provided 6 families with full Thanksgiving meals. This year, 2017, we increased that number to 10 full meals for 10 families! We’d like to say a big Thank You! to the team at the Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth (pictured below) for their help distributing meals to the families in need.
Team SER loves to give back to the community, and that includes our furry neighbors as well. The SER Foundation is happy to announce a combined $300 donation of food, treats and toys to two wonderful animal rescue groups in the Greater Philadelphia area: Main Line Animal Rescue and PAWSibilities Animal Rescue.

The SER Foundation donated to help victims of Hurricane Harvey in Houston Texas. SER donated a combined $3,000 between three separate charities: The Houston Food Bank, The Houston Human Society, and The Rescued Pets Movement. SER is thankful for the ability to help out our neighbors and 4-legged friends in Texas.

Tuesday, November 22, 2016: The SER Foundation continues to make its presence known in the fight against hunger. Pictured is the SER Team along with members from the Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth for the annual SER Turkey Drive. This year, SER has increased the number of meals supplied to impoverished families to seven.
One of the activities that the SER Foundation has actively participated in since inception is the SER Turkey Drive. Full Thanksgiving meals are purchased and donated to local families in need in Montgomery County. In 2015, the SER Foundation supplied meals to 5 families; in 2016, that number will increase to 7.
Each year, the SER Foundation collects and matches donations of toys for impoverished families unable to purchase presents for their children during the holiday season. In 2014, the Foundation donated over 100 toys to the Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth. In 2015, 150 toys were collected and then the SER Foundation matched the donations and distributed 300 toys among both the MCOCY and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In 2016, that number will grow even larger and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital will be added to the list of recipients.
